Refund policy
Returns
Mattel (Hotwheels) products may have wear & tear, refer to the photos for conditions or email us for more photos. We accept returns for items that are damaged or not as described as per the photos. We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind.
You have 5 business days to send a photo of the products condition & enquire for a return of the item from the date you received it. NOTE: For pre-orders the 5 days starts from the date the item was received. If more than 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened & in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please use our "Contact Us" page located here: LINK. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within two business days.
If you are rejected, we will post your damaged items back to you within two business days. NOTE: We are not liable for late, lost or stolen packages due to Australian Post handling, please call their customer service centre for lost or stolen packages.
Late or missing refunds
It takes around two business days for refunds to return to the original card used for the transaction. Double check the credit card used for the purchase & If you haven’t received the refunded amount after two days contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged & have NOT be opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@diecastculture.store
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are liable to place the correct shipping address & protective measures if the product is lost.
